Accessibility Statement
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 21,2026
Our commitment
Shiloh Health Services wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control or magnification, and people with low vision, hearing, mobility or cognitive disabilities.
Standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG 2.2 is published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Level AA covers, among other things, colour contrast, keyboard access, clear focus indicators, readable text, labelled form fields, helpful error messages and large enough touch targets.
We are working towards this standard. “We last reviewed the site on 21, October 2026 and believe it largely meets WCAG 2.2 AA” or “We have not yet completed a full audit”.
What we do
- Our appointment form labels every field, shows errors in text and can be completed using only a keyboard.
- Text has enough contrast against its background, and the site works on phones and when zoomed.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- We review new pages and features for accessibility before publishing them.
